2006 WORLD BOY'S TOURNAMENT

AA team announced to tour Japan

In the absence of an officially sanctioned World Championship, the AA’s would normally stay at home in ’06. But the World Boy’s Tournament in Osaka beckons, and 16 teams from nine of the world’s best baseball nations will be waiting for our lads.

The team will assemble on the Gold Coast during the MLBAAP for training prior to departure on August 8^th.

The tournament will be held from August 10-14 and will see Australia take on teams from Japan, Korea, Mexico, Italy, China, Chinese Taipei, Italy, Brazil and the United Staes.
