6 MEMBER'S CONTRIBUTIONS
Every Member of the Federation undertakes to contribute an amount not exceeding $1 in the event of the Federation being wound up while the Member is a Member, or within 1 year after ceasing to be a Member. The contribution shall be for payment of the debts and liabilities of the Federation contracted before the time the Member ceases to be a Member and the costs, charges and expenses of winding up the Federation.
